Securitas Technology and LOUHE Have Entered into a Reseller Agreement

LOUHE and Securitas Technology, the security solutions division of Securitas, known globally as a pioneer in the field, have entered into a partnership agreement. Going forward, Securitas Technology will serve as a reseller of LOUHE’s technology. This partnership is significant for both parties.

Securitas Technology was formed following the acquisition of STANLEY Security by Securitas in 2022 and offers comprehensive and advanced security solutions worldwide. The company closely follows industry trends and is committed to delivering cutting-edge security solutions to its clients.

“We have long been a trusted provider of access control systems, and our expertise in that area is well-established. LOUHE’s solutions perfectly complement our offerings. For our customers, this partnership means accessing multiple services through a familiar and reliable provider,” says Juha Pieviläinen, Commercial Manager of Securitas Technology.

LOUHE’s CEO Janne Pirttilahti shares his excitement about the collaboration: “We are thrilled to partner with Securitas Technology, a well-known and trusted player in the industry. Through this partnership, our mutual clients will benefit from even stronger expertise and top-notch services related to the LOUHE solution.”

Expanding Offerings for Both Companies

The reseller agreement builds on the existing collaboration between Securitas Technology and LOUHE. Thanks to shared clients, the companies already have effective models in place, ensuring smooth cooperation and easy integration of new systems from the customer’s perspective.

Securitas Technology sees great potential in this partnership, both in the near term and over the long run. “We currently serve numerous high-level critical security clients who need to enhance their security measures. LOUHE offers a great solution for them,” explains Pieviläinen. He also sees the partnership expanding to more clients in the future.

“LOUHE is primarily a technology company, and our mission is to create the best AI-powered software for comprehensive security needs. It’s fantastic to see Securitas Technology bringing the benefits of our technology to an even wider audience,” adds Janne Pirttilahti.

The Evolving Security Industry

Technological advancements are reshaping many aspects of the security industry. Pieviläinen notes that traditional security is increasingly merging with IT, making data interoperability between systems crucial. Historically, security systems have operated in silos, with information being processed reactively—often only after an incident has occurred. AI-driven systems are enabling new ways to harness data from multiple sources (such as sensors, video systems, and access control systems) and analyse it, paving the way for more proactive operations.

“LOUHE is in the right place at the right time. The market is evolving towards AI-based solutions, and clients are interested in them. Security systems generate a lot of data, but analysing that volume has been challenging until now. These new capabilities unlock greater value,” Pieviläinen clarifies.

Pieviläinen looks forward to continuing the successful collaboration with LOUHE and shares a message for clients: “Let’s meet and discuss how we can help you extract more value from your existing data with this new service.”
