EU AI Act 2024/1689 declaration

LOUHE’s services are limited to monitoring security anomalies using pseudonymized data. These activities do not manage, monitor, or influence employees, nor do they affect employment outcomes, rights, or conditions. LOUHE solely supplies pseudonymized data to its customers. It does not perform any actions, interpretations, or recommendations related to personal data. Moreover, LOUHE is technically incapable of re-identifying individuals, as it lacks access to the original data required for re-identification. Any interpretation or analysis involving personal data is conducted exclusively by the customer’s security personnel. Furthermore, Louhe’s activities are preparatory in nature. Any conclusions derived from the data require further consideration and intervention by human personnel (“human-in-the-loop”). The intended use of LOUHE’s services is for security purposes.

Thus LOUHE considers it does not fall within the scope of harmonized EU legislation “unacceptable” or “high risk” categories as defined under the EU AI Act and it is not subject to the categories outlined in Annex III.
