These LOUHE INSIGHTS EVALUATION LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (\u201cAgreement<\/strong>\u201d) are applicable between<\/p>\n

Louhe Oy, with its registered address at Tallberginkatu 2, 00180 Helsinki, Finland, hereinafter referred to as \u201cLouhe<\/strong>\u201d who has developed the Louhe Insights software that enables in-depth analysis of building, campus or other physical area usage and state of security, hereinafter referred to as \u201cLouhe Insights<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

and a licensee who has accepted this Agreement by clicking \u201cI agree to the terms and conditions,\u201d or who is otherwise accessing the Louhe Insights.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the Agreement a licensee (\u201cLicensee<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cyou<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cyour<\/strong>\u201d) may use Louhe Insights personally for internal evaluation and testing purposes within your entity or company as specified below.<\/p>\n

Louhe and the Licensee hereby agree as follows:<\/h3>\n

You are not allowed to share your password or otherwise let anybody else use your license. You shall promptly notify Louhe if you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Louhe Insight by any third party. You warrant that the name, contact and other details you provided during the registration process are correct.<\/p>\n

Louhe will provide Licensee a free of charge, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for internal evaluation and testing purposes for the Louhe Insights software, hereinafter referred to as \u201cLouhe Insight<\/strong>\u201d and reports generated by using the Louhe Insight.<\/p>\n

License is meant for short term evaluation and testing and not for commercial use. Louhe may discontinue any license at any point of time at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n

The Licensee shall neither cause nor permit any reverse engineering, disassembling, decompilation, translation, modification, adaptation of the Louhe Insight or the reports generated by using the Louhe Insights or otherwise attempt to learn the inner workings, source code, structure, algorithms, artwork or ideas underlying in the Louhe Insight. Sharing of reports generated using Louhe Insights within your own organization is allowed.<\/p>\n

The Parties acknowledge and agree that Louhe (and its licensors, if any) solely own and retain all rights, title and interest including but not limited to all intellectual property rights in and to the Louhe Insight, reports generated by using the Louhe Insight and any and all intellectual property rights arising from them. By providing commentary, development ideas or other opinions (\u201cFeedback\u201d) to Louhe, Licensee grants all rights to the Feedback to Louhe and agrees that Louhe may, at its own discretion, freely utilize the Feedback as it deems fit. Louhe is not obliged to pay any compensation to the Licensee for any use of Feedback. For the sake of clarity, Licensee has no obligation to give Feedback and Louhe has no obligations to use it or take it into account.<\/p>\n

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Licensee owns the data sets that they analyse with the Louhe Insights.<\/p>\n

Louhe Insight is provided \u201cAS IS\u201d without warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of Louhe Insight remains with Licensee. In no event shall Louhe be liable for any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use Louhe Insight. To the extent permitted under applicable law in no event shall Louhe\u2019s liability to Licensee for any claim arising out of this agreement exceed one hundred (100) euro.<\/p>\n

Licensee is will only use the Louhe Insight for evaluation and testing purposes, and will cease any use of the Louhe Insight and delete all the material provided by Louhe and all related files and libraries upon expiry of the evaluation period or as otherwise instructed by Louhe. Louhe may also otherwise disable or destroy Louhe Insight and all related material from your computer environment.<\/p>\n

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration by one arbitrator in Helsinki, Finland, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce in English language.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
