These activities do not manage, monitor, or influence employees, nor do they affect employment outcomes, rights, or conditions. LOUHE solely supplies pseudonymized data to its customers. It does not perform any actions, interpretations, or recommendations related to personal data. Moreover, LOUHE is technically incapable of re-identifying individuals, as it lacks access to the original data required for re-identification. Any interpretation or analysis involving personal data is conducted exclusively by the customer\u2019s security personnel. Furthermore, Louhe\u2019s activities are preparatory in nature. Any conclusions derived from the data require further consideration and intervention by human personnel (\u201chuman-in-the-loop\u201d).
